Weetabix loaf

Sounds abit odd but is actually quite tasty! You can vary the fruit/spices according to your own tastes/what you have handy.

2 weetabix
8oz chopped dried fruit
1/2 pint of milk
8oz self-raising flour
2 tsp mixed spice
1 egg

180 degrees

-Mix together the weetabix, fruit and milk- soak (overnight?)
-Add the flour, egg, spice and extra milk if needed, stir until thick.
-Bake in a loaf tin for 55 minutes.
