Yummier than it sounds! I normally hate cabbage, all soggy and bitter! But when it's stir-fried it's so much nicer!
Half a cabbage
Onion
2 slices bread
Grated cheddar
Soy sauce
Ground black pepper
200 degrees
-Roughly chop the cabbage and onion, stir fry it with lots of soy sauce (make sure it cooks down lots and isn't too liquidy!)
-Put mixture into a casserole dish.
-Make the bread into bread crumbs by crumbling/grating/food processing. Mix in some grated cheese, the amount depends on how cheesy you want it, lots is good!
-Spread the bread and cheese mixture over the cabbage/onion.
-Top with some ground black pepper and bake for about 20mins.
